Dear Mrs. Harty Your Employee installed a new furnace in our home. Nick was assigned to the call. Before I called for an appointment, I was worried that we had so many problems that we would never solve all of them. We had to disconnect the humidifier form the A-coil box and remove its water line from the water pipe. Removing the humidifier left an opening in the wall of the utility area, which they covered with a piece of metal. When we removed the A-coil box, since we are on a slab, the opening had gravel in it. I asked if somehow we could get the gravel out and much to my amazement they scooped all the loose gravel out and and dumped it in a bucket. Every time I asked them to do "just one more thing" he promptly and cheerfully took care of it. A few days later, when the Village inspector came out, after carefully looking over the furnace and new pipes, said it was one of the best jobs he had ever seen. Thank you for sending out Nick. He did a great job and went well beyond the Call OF Duty. Thank you,
Dear Ray's Your service person "Brian" did work at my home. He blew out vents, went on the roof, and crawled in the attic to remove ice and water from the flexible venting. I just wanted to tell you what a great job he did. Brian did a very professional and thorough job! My husband and I appreciate all he did. We will continue to call on Ray's in the future. Ray's The job your service men did on the duct cleaning in my home was very
thorough. My neighbor has the same house. They had their ducts cleaned by a
different company. The other company only spent 2 hours cleaning the ducts. Diana R.

Dear Owner, At 5 A.M. on the morning of January 26, a Saturday, our furnace, 17 years old, just laid down and died. and it was cold outside. We called your 24 hour number- from the yellow pages and in just a short time a sleepy serviceman returned our call for help. He was courteous and polite as a human can be at that time of the morning. When he arrived he looked things over and honestly recommended a new furnace-no hype, no pressure. He immediately contacted the installers. Nick and his helper arrived and immediately got to work. They are extremely professional, perfectionists, very neat and anxious to please the customer. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, on last Friday, Jan. 14, your employees installed a new furnace in my home. Not only were they courteous and good natured, but took the time to inform my son all about the workings of the new furnace. They completed the job in the time they said they would and cleaned up the area after the installation. It was a pleasure to have these gentlemen in my home. I have called Ray's every time I needed heating work and have always been satisfied with the prompt and courteous service I receive.
